The Clear Clock Communicator, model 1210, is a scanning communicator designed with clock face board and rotating dial for individuals who have difficulty communicating. This non-verbal communication device is operated by triggering the clock hand to sweep around and point to the desired picture, word, or object affixed to the clock face. This model has single or double switch capability. One switch moves the hand clockwise; the second switch moves it counter-clockwise. The transparent face of the clock was designed to allow the child and teacher/therapist to view each other and encourage face-to-face communication. It comes with a standard 0.25 inch plug and jack or can be ordered with a 1/8 inch plug and jack. POWER: Requires capability switch and 4 AA batteries. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 14.5 x 14.5 x 6 inches. WEIGHT: 2 pounds.
